Lured by the description of a Santa’s Hat cocktail (see photo) in Sydney Christmas guide, we visited after seeing the lights at St Mary’s cathedral. Unfortunately the staff had never heard of the drink and were unaware of the Glass Brasserie mention in the guide....More

The Glass Brasserie would be one of my favourite French restaurants in the city. Luckily after staying at the hotel I stumbled across the delicious French food they had to offer and beautiful atmosphere. The entree of prawns were the highlight of the night.

I stay at the Hilton frequently and love this restaurant for breakfast (probably best hotel breakfast I've ever had). I have only eaten other meals here twice. On November 30, I treated a cousin and his partner, who were staying in a different hotel, to...More

We picked here as a pre- theatre dinner and while the service was very friendly and attentive, and service was prompt, the food didn’t stack up. Entrees were the highlight, wine list is solid and sommelier very helpful, but mains of mulloway with far too...More

We regularly have business meetings over lunch or dinner here. Staff are always corteous and friendly. Wide range of meals available. Plenty of share plates to choose from or if you want it all for yourself the degustation menu is a must.

We ate late on a Sunday night and were given a table next to the window looking at the Victoria Building, which is beautiful, although George Street is under construction so that is distracting. The porterhouse steak for two was fabulous. The staff suggested a...More

To be honest, it almost feels like Luke Mangan can't be bothered. I'm not sure if he's ever at this restaurant to cook but he's not exactly pushing the boundaries. What he is doing is pushing people's wallets. This was the third restaurant that I...More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens

Not sure why I kept getting those questions that should be directed to the restaurant directly... you best call Hilton Hotel and get them to transfer you directly through to Glass Restaurant to check the availability... More
