Its was a fantastic experience loved the food. Me and my friend went for lunch and picked two curry special deal. We thought of having something different which was not on the menu. Staffs was so friendly and spoke with the chef and said yes they can make it. It was bit delay; since we ordered goat masala and chilly chicken, But it was a worth the wait. In between the staff told us that there is discount available from darwin city council, he helped us to setup.

The best Indian food in Darwin

I always try for a balance diet, but the quality of the food from Saffrron sees me ordering it at least twice (and sometimes more) a week. This is the best Indian food in Darwin. The flavours are sensational and the servings are always incredibly generous. My favourites are Andhra Chilli Chicken (the perfect balance of chilli and other amazing flavours), the superb Chettinad Chicken, Lamb Rogan Josh, and the Beef Vindaloo. My housemate has also greatly enjoyed the Saffron Butter Chicken. You will not be disappointed.

The food of saffrron restuarant is Amazing. And the front staff is friendly. And the front staff is so good and the service is so great they always speak polite and the food is so great the most good thing is front staff always take care of the customer and very good to speak with customer and the food is so great

Worst customer service ever! Never ordering there again.

Management couldn't care less when I had to follow up on why my order hadn't arrived after several hours. Finally I got a call back saying that my food had been left at my door as per the sign I had on my door requesting 'parcels' be put through the cat door. So now I have $42 of cold food that has been sitting there unbeknowns to me. No text. No voice messages. And the manager (male) I spoke with couldn't care less. I know they treat their staff extremely poorly (despite pride with all their awards), but now they have treated a previously loyal customer like it was their fault they have late and cold food. You just lost a customer. Your customer service is appalling!

Poor Service

Were the first people to arrive, but after waiting a while to be served, we had to wait 20 minutes for the entrée and then another hour for a meals, even though they were all ordered at the same time. During a wait we noticed that they seemed more interested in serving take away orders, also noticed others who had been seated after us receive and finish the meals before we received ours. Ended being told when we were to pay, that she was sorry she forgot about us. As locals, we will not be coming, even though the food was good, I would rather go somewhere where they don't forget them customers.

we have stayed in the Hotel and diced to order delivery Option with Saffrron. It's Perfect. The Ordering Process and When they Deliver the food i receive the SMS with the tracking the Driver and the driver was very Polite and the Packaging all top class. most impotantly best Indian Food with quality ingredients.

Outstanding Customer Service

We visited there tonight. Food was amazing. I still feel the yummy taste inside my mouth. They served food on time. The best customer service I received in Darwin. Since we entered into restaurant till we finished food we received outstanding customer service. I want to mention the Champion's name " Rafsan" really a very friendly team member, who had smile his face always and helped us to choose the right menu. His customer service is really appreciable. We strongly recommend all to visit to this Indian Cuisine with friends and family.

Disappointing

The prawn entree was overcooked, the Samos were so. had on the outside hat only one was eaten with difficulty. The garlic naan was excessively oily. The lamb cutlets good and the chicken dish was the only highlight. Even though we indicated that we were having dessert we were ignored and then told that Kulfi was not available. Service ???? Would think twice before going again

We get takeaway or delivery at least every fortnight and can’t speak highly enough of great fresh tasty genuine Indian food. Having recently travelled to Cochin India this is the real deal. The tasting packs and specials are a great deal. Thank you Saffron. It’s also a lovely suburban restaurant to dine in.

Great Food and Great Customer Service

We visited Saffrron Restaurant tonight. The food was awesome, I really want to give thanks to all Chefs for providing so delicious food. We came from WA, we didn't expect we will have such mouthwatering food in Darwin. I want to give special Thanks to one of the friendly Team Member "Rafsan".. he provided an excellent and professional customer service and helped lot to choose menu and only because of him we ended up with so delicious desert called passoinfruit Cheesecake. We are highly recommending this restaurant for All tourists and locals as well.

Got takeaway while up in Darwin

Got takeaway while up in Darwin for work. I called them up afterwards and told them how good it was. I had the beef vindaloo which was so full of flavour. The curry wasn’t too running and not too creamy, it was the perfect consistency. The rice and Naan just topped it all off. If I go back for work, I want to take the wife.

Amazing restaurant

My wife and i dined here on sunday night, we ordered the platter pack, which is chef’s choice as to what is served. Every dish was excellent and this is definitely the place to dine in darwin, service was excellent as well. Also, their homemade kulfi with cheese balls gurab was outstanding. Highly recommended, we will come back next time we are in darwin.

Food is very good and hygienic too and good environment to go with your loved ones. staffs are friendly and manager dinesh is very helpful with everything he explains with his customers. You must try cheese chicken kulcha and saffron special butter chicken this is best and must go with pepper chicken who loves spicy. And naan bread are hot served and freshly made over there.

We chose home delivery and shared a number of dishes - Madras Fish Curry, Kaju Murg and Butter Chicken Masala with a side of rice. Delivery was quite prompt and friendly. Each dish was delicious and my favourite was the Kaju Murg - incredible flavours. Fresh ingredients, generous serves and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
