Great atmosphere, great views, great service, great food, what more can you ask for. We came across this restautrant whilst on a walk. Spoke to the owners who we found to be friendly and welcoming, who advised that our dog was welcome in the outside eating area. This suited us as we prefererred outdoors due to the views and the weather. Tried a couple of their cocktails which were delicious, then the food. We should have known better, when at a Greek Restaurant, do not order entrees if you want to finish your mains. Serving sizes are very generous and the food was spot on. Loved the entrees especially the octopus as this was the first time I have tried it. The mains were very tasty but too much due to us having had entrees. Wait staff were attentive and helpful, without being over bearing and the atmosphere was very pleasent.

We are here on a weeknight. The food was amazing. Service was quick and the waiters were very attentive. We had the moussaka and pork and chicken yiros for mains. The mousakka was huge and really nice. The dessert tasting plate is awesome value where you get a bit of everything. Magnificent view sitting outside on the wharf.

Staying in the Marina I walked into Yots Greek Tavern and asked if I could make a booking for 5 for the following evening (Wednesday). The gentleman was pleasant and humorous offering a choice of 2 waterfront tables. I indicated which was my preference and he said “ok Kev”. Wednesday evening arrived and the table I preferred was the one reserved for us. Layla was the lady looking after our table and she was superb. We had starters and main course chosen from a good selection of dishes on the menu. Food was delivered hot and lots of flavour. I had the char grilled octopus for starter and Greco Barramundi for mains. Also a good selection of wines at reasonable prices. A fun evening ending off with some superb desserts. I had the Homemade Rizogalo (rice pudding) and some Turkish Delight.

On Cullen Bay right beside the marina, the setting is great.
Tables look beautiful with crisp white linen and glasses set. Looks magnificent.
The service is good and attentive, unfortunately all let down with an expensive menu with very average food. All eight of us agreed we wouldn't go back.
Nothing was horrible, just no love in the cooking. I had a special at I think at ~$38, it was simply lots of spaghetti with a tomato sauce and 6 large meat balls. Very boring and bland. Left half of it, as did another diner who had it.
You guys could kill it, just put some love for greek food in the kitchen.
Oh, and no split bills! They reluctantly divided the bill by 8. That was a major problem for us, some eat a-lot with wine, some didn't. It's 2021 with dozens of apps, there's no excuse for that.

Went to Yots with a nicer dinner experience in mind, staff were polite and quick to take orders for food/drinks. We had our entree served within minutes to then waiting an hour for our mains. We had the pork and chicken yiros which were almost cooked to burnt and tasted like an off shelf spicy blend. Other than the view and staff, i was unimpressed.

Look, most of the food is pretty good, authentic and adequate, however they served a plate of canned dolmades and, despite complaints and most being returned untouched, charged us anyway. Its not difficult to get vine leaves in Darwin so serving canned dolmades is not excusable. Disappointed.

The atmosphere and food was great, however when the bill came we were told the restaurant does not split the bill. We had a group of 10 and were unaware of this before the bill came. We were told there it was up to us to sort it out in our group and we should have one person pay and we give that person cash. We were also told that it was stated on their website and there’s an ATM down the street (at Lola’s Pergola which wasn’t working).
This was told to us with a significantly rude attitude from the woman taking the payment.
If a restaurant won’t split a bill, the wait staff should inform a large group prior to the start of a meal, or at least the person making the booking over the phone.
Due to COVID no one uses cash if they can avoid it. The onus should not be on the customer to break up a bill with the ease of electronic payments.
This is laziness on the part of the restaurant as after returning from the out of order ATM, they did in fact split the bill as originally asked.
Really disappointed!

We were on the wrong end of lunchtime but were welcomed by a seasoned front of house manager who made us feel welcome despite the kitchen closing. But that wasn’t the best part, the food was exceptional. Soaghetti meatballs filled with taste and a Greek salad dripping in top quality olive oil. Perfection. Definitely give it a shot!

Amazing location. However that was bettered by the food. A perfect spot to enjoy the local Greek food and hospitality. The menu was filled with so many tempting delights that choosing something was a challenge.

This was the best meal we’ve had in Darwin so far. The service was awesome, food came out quickly with a smile. Authentic Greek dishes with great specials - highly recommend the oyster special at the moment!! Will definitely be back before we head home.

Nice setting, service ok, sticky plastic table covers, theres the good part. Extremely poor food (owners should try it themselves). Excessively oily pita bread, ordinary dips, awful calamari, terrible octopus, disgusting quail. Wish I had gone somewhere else.

We had planned to have lunch at the casino but the menus didn't excite us so we walked along the marina at Cullen Bay checking the menus and decided to stop at Yots and we were so glad we did. We had calamari and yiros as sharing plates and there was more than enough for the two of us and both meals were fresh and tasty. We thought the value was good and the service was excellent.

This is one of my top 5 Darwin restaurants. I wish I could come more often to be honest. True waterfront dining overlooking the marina. Extra nice in the Dry season as its much cooler to eat outdoors in Darwin. My favourite meals are the Oysters Kilpatrick, Saganaki, Calamari, Garlic Prawns and definitely the Kleftiko. All of the deserts are amazing too. I love the atmosphere here and like to arrive around sunset.
I can't wait to go again.

This is a restaurant you should go to if you are in the Marina area. We went for dinner and were impressed with the staff, service and food. There are seating options both indoors (with air conditioning) and outdoors. I would highly recommend the gyros - comes deconstructed where to make your own mini gyros. They were super delicious!
