Four of us shared a lamb and rice dish, a vegetable dish, a prawn dish, and a beef dish. We agreed that the food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the price was right. $80AUD (about $60US). Park on the east side, but it can be reached by bus. We used #196

We took friends for dinner after enjoying a few meals here. Bantir looked after us and gave amazing service. He answered our questions regarding the food, offered advice and provided outstanding service all night. We ordered the meat banquet and the food was excellent. We all enjoyed the entrees, the servings were so generous we almost couldn't eat the main... More

Me and wife were travelling Brisbane and decide to take away some Indian food for dinner to our hotel. We ordered a Shahi Paneer and chole (chick peas) curry, also order 3 different type of naan ( just in case one type is not good). Both of curries were disgrace and naan were even worst. This is the worst Indian... More

Read a few of the reviews, and must admit I've only been here once, so haven't had a chance to sample everything on the menu, but as far as I can see this place is pretty good for quick simple indian food. I had the chicken tika masala with naan bread, and it came out quick and delicious, also had... More

The food, ordered 'extra hot' was mild. There was no hint of spice, no cardamon, cumin, corriander or anything else you would expect in Indian food. Just reddish sauce, salt and a touch of chilli. Give this one a wide berth.

We grabbed some takeaway from here a couple of nights ago and was not overly impressed with the food it was fairly nondescript for Indian and being the only person in the restaurant I wasn't that fussed on the service either. As it is the valley and there is plenty it will be a while before I give them another... More

This is a great place to try out Indian cuisine, particularly north Indian. There is a lot of variety to choose from - the kebabs, mutton rogan josh, vindaloo and butter chicken are definitely a must have. Service is excellent and they always ask the degree of spiciness needed (sweet, mild, hot or extra hot) Great food - must have... More

Popped in on a Tuesday night as I was staying at the hotel in the same block. Firstly, the woman at the counter was uninterested when I walked in and I had to actually ask her if I could place a take-away order. I ordered a chicken curry and wanted to have a half and half vegetable dish. This was... More
