High quality French patisserie in Ashgrove. Worth the additional cost, service can be slow when busy but they are getting better.

Just popped in for a coffee this morning. Friendly staff and the best coffee at a standard price. They also have delicious breads and other food.

Fabulous coffee and bakery yummies. Under fig tree. Atmospheric. On waterworks Rd but set back sufficiently to be serene.

I have been here around 4 times while visiting my friends in The Gap. They serve a beautiful range of pastries, cakes and artisan breads. This is a bakery rather than a full café so Toast and Croissants might be the extent of the breakfast options. The coffee is good. Prices are a little high if you are comparing with... More

Delicious food, friendly staff and good coffee. Selection of cakes/pastries to suit all and big selection of breads to take home.

Banneton Bakery is a great French bakery cafe selling delicious breads of all shapes and sizes, petite cakes and pastries, as well as good quality coffee. There is plenty of seating inside and out, on the weekends the bakery cafe gets quite busy with locals dropping in and cyclists after their morning ride. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, but... More

I like Banneton - been there many times, especially the Woolloongabba outlet. They have a small but pleasant range of French pastries and decent coffee. I was very disappointed on my last visit to the Gabba store to pick up some take away croissants for visitors. Normally quite good but these were cold and tough. Clearly yesterday's but sold as... Smooth dark coffee. Its good now that they have taken over the next door shop as it was so small and cramped before. Ok to sit outside when ti is not 38 degrees and the traffic is a bit loud in the morning rush hour. The new room is spacious and has plenty of room to put tables together for... More

Try the fruit toast. Better still buy the brandy fuit loaf. I bet you cant stop eating it. Good coffee and lovely pastries. Its a bit exxy but the fare is well above average. Nice setting overlooking arguably the moat beautiful tree in Brisbane.
