The meals come in decent portions and made to perfection. There is a bit of wait on weekends. They had belly dancing on the Saturday night we were there, thus, this keeps the customers entertained while waiting. The only concern would be the high prices of meals.

Order the platter of mixed dishes to share. Generous serving you won't go hungry. Delicious food, good atmosphere, nice service. BYO.

I go back and back to this restaurant - I love it. The people are friendly and happy, the food is just great, the atmosphere and setting makes it a great place for a dinner. I love the open balcony and the view most. Cant recommend this place highly enough.

we ate here for the first time, we live just round the corner but hadn't tried the restaurant before. We ordered the garlic bread and also the mussels starters, both were really nice. The mussels were very spicy with plenty of sauce. For main two of us had the steak, which for me was cooked really nicely although was a... More

We picked this restaurant for dinner recently based on the reviews. However sadly we were quite disappointed. We have tasted Turkish food before both locally and in Turkey and the food served at Caravanserai does not appear to come anywhere near those that we have experienced. We had Kofta - called the Turkish meatballs. The entire preparation was quite bland... More

.... I have to agree that it doesn't seem like authentic Turkish cuisine. Having said that the food was fine and there is a reasonable selection on the menu. The shared appetizer plates were varied and tasty. We had one of each, veg and meat. Prices are reasonable for Australia. It's very noisy too but a good place for people... More

Great place with amazing food and great staff. Being BYO is also a great asset. We had the shared mezze plate (there were six of us) and shared four mains. Great flavours. Definitely will come back. Sat outside which was lovely on a very hot night. Good breezes.

Every mouthful was a taste of heaven. I have been here twice now and Caravanserai doesn't disappoint with atmosphere and service. We ordered the Olive and Haloumi for a starter (YUM) and the share plate for two (YUM YUM YUM). Next time we will just get the share plate as it was more than enough for the two of us.... More
