We came here after strolling through the markets attracted by the live music. We ended upstairs in the air conditioning. The food was basic pub food. Fish and chips was good as was steak sandwich although the bread could have been warmed up. The girl whom took the order was young and will improve with time I think. We couldn't... More

A Sunday. Info outside says lunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays from 1130am to close but the kitchen was closed at 4pm which was its stated weekday hours. When we asked, there was no acknowledgement that their sign was misleading. Nevertheless we decided to have a drink on its pleasant enough sun deck balcony and wait till 5pm. I... More

We went here because of the live music before we went to dinner t the Salsa Bar. We walked upstairs for the cocktails we wanted a Cosmopolitan and a Mojito the young girl looked at me as if to say are you serious then told me that the Mojito would take 10mins if not longer to make to try and... This place gets extremely busy most nights particularly when the live music is on in the garden bar. I have rarely seen staff so efficient and enthusiastic, Even when not so busy they go about their job in a brisk, enthusiastic well trained manner. On our third visit we got a table for dinner upstairs and we're still able to... More

Visited a few times on our last trip to Port Douglas and always have a nice time. Great place for a quick pub meal and a few beers at lunch, watching the world go by. Night time is relaxed and fun with great live music and a chance to meet with others either on holidays or local, all very friendly... More

We came for a drink and stayed for a meal. Sitting on the rattan chairs on the balcony, overlooking the street below, while the overhead fans kept the heat and the flies at bay, I was reminded of Singapore's Raffles Hotel. The food was yummy too. A lovely spot.

Reasonably priced food and even better when you pick the specials of the day. Waitress service was great but the girl serving behind the bar just "wasn't there" with regards to customer relations and making people feel welcome. Plenty of tables indoors or al fresco with dedicated server at the ordering booth who was pretty quick getting all the orders... More

Always a reliable place to go for a feed and know what you're getting. Great spot to sit back and knock down a few beers and listen to some live music. Only gripe is on the Monday Parma night special my wife wanted just a plain schnitzel without the ham and cheese and they wouldn't do it for the special... More
