We had a delicious breakfast at the Pigeon Hole, whilst staying in Hobart. We visited on a recommendation from a family member, and were not to be disappointed. The Cafe is funky and quirky, and the food is all locally sourced, natural and delicious. The coffee is outstanding. I had the Gingerbread Granola with yoghurt, manuka honey and preserved fruits.... Enjoyed the Gingerbread Granola, and served with a lovely smile from our waitress Megan. A great cafe with lots of atmosphere.

Everything about this place is charming - from the cutlery to the decor. I had the ratatouille with fried egg and a long black - it was perfect. And the thick cut bread was actually incredible. I sat at one of the outside tables with my dog. Each member of the staff was so lovely, great service. And the coffee... More

Definitely the best coffee we could find in Hobart. Love the farm/seasonal food to table concept of this place. Stopped by for breakfast and was not disappointed. The baked eggs and toastie of the day were delicious.

This place has a deserved reputation. Food was fabulous. Nice people and a cool vibe. The eggs were knockout and the chia seed and fruit bowl was delicious. Great coffee - who could ask for more?

We ordered coffee and Ratatouille. The Ratatouille had some nice flavours and was served with a delicious piece of bread, however it had long threads of leak or spring onion that we could not cut and found hard to swallow. A large amount of zucchini topped with an egg, somewhat disappointing for the price. Our coffee was burnt and bitter.... More

What a gem this small bakery is. The breads are outstanding, my favourite being the light rye, just like a good German rye. So happy they are now baking in Devonport, a 30 minute drive from home, but happy to make the journey.
