The green soft eggs with a delicious pesto style oil and fresh crusty bread. Double shot coffee was spot on as well Highly recommend.

A West Hobart must. Delicious breakfast and lunch choices. Superb breads to take home. Good strong coffee. And a range of fresh Weston Farm goodies for sale — smoked paprika from their capsicums, jams, preserves. A delightful stop.

An absolute pleasure to have breakfast at this cafe. Brioche, doughnuts, croissants, bagels-all freshly baked. Loaves of bread for sale too. Mariage Freres tea served as well as coffee. Beautiful interiors. A short walk from Salamanca Bay.

Great little cafe off the main drag in Hobart. Good food, comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and most importantly great coffee. Worth a visit!

Welcome to Pigeon Hole Cafe, where we aim to give you a true Paddock to Plate Experience. We have our very own farm, Weston Farm, and receive produce daily with much of our menu showcasing our fresh and seasonal produce. Everything that is noted in green on our menu is grown and harvested with love by Weston Farm. Weston Farm is a small family business that focusses on sustainable, and seasonal farming practices.

We further enhance the farm connection by involving our chefs in a farm rotation program, where they plant and harvest the food they showcase on the menu. We also preserve, pickle and bottle our own fruits and vegetables for you to enjoy all year round.

Pigeon Hole supports a closed loop waste system, with all organic waste like cardboard, coffee grounds, egg shells, peelings and off-cuts return to the farm for composting, back to earth, where it began. All other food scraps are fed to Weston Farm's pigs "Rosie" Lola" and "Lilly".
