Delicious coffee for caffeine lovers, along with a diverse and delicious menu (that's suitable for lots of dietary needs too). Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations on what to choose when you're overwhelmed with what tasty thing to order. Great setting overall with old cinema seats for chairs and a semi industrial feel.

A group of four friends visiting from Sydney came for Breakfast, one has severe dietary issues. She asked for Chai tea with almond milk but was told it would curdle. She then asked politely if she could use her own herbal tea bag. The waitress took issue with her in an unpleasant way over this simple request. We decided to... More

This place is run by a bunch of hipster dufus' and more interested in chatting to friends than helping customers. I wanted to buy some of their coffee beans to take home - proudly displayed on their shelves. When I ask them about the beans could not answer my questions. Anyway, I buy a bag and then ask if they... More

I loved Pilgrim coffee. Had two meals here on my weekend in Hobart. The coffee was amazing and the food had a bit of a South American vibe. I had pork ribs for lunch and the next visit had the buttermilk waffles with bacon (the best recommendation). Highly recommend if you want interesting brunch/lunch and the best coffee in Hobart.

The staff are very friendly and smiley. The menu is unusual and interesting and the food is lovely. It's not too expensive considering the trendy vibe it gives off. Nice atmosphere and interior.

After shopping around for a new coffee shop after moving to Hobart a few months ago I decided to give pilgrim a go. I regret the decision immensely! the staff were a bunch of 20 somethings that treated my complaint like I knew nothing, I was belittled by a young lady and asked if I've ever worked in a coffee...
