At the end of a weekend stay in Hobart our family decided to order a take away meal. I was a little disappointed to find that one of my favourite restaurants was closed on Sunday night, then discovered Touch of Asia in the same area. All of our dishes were cooked to order from the menu and although we had... More

A nice selection of tasty well cooked food. Some dishes are served buffet style and some cooked to order. This restaurant offers exceptional value for money

It was up-to-standard Asian cuisine. The fried rice and fried noodles were traditional Chinese style and there were many western customers other than Chinese. The young lady staff was very polite and cheerful. We went for dinners for 2 out of 3 nights stay in Sandy Bay.

We had a quick bite to eat here for dinner. I had the Singapore noodles which I found to be quite bland. My husband had the chicken laksa which was very generous with the chicken and quite a large serve. The laksa whilst not the best I've had was quite good. Soft drinks seem to be a bit pricey given... Arrived at this restaurant at 3:40pm for my late lunch but was told by the owner that the kitchen already closed (4pm is their actual close time on the door). I was offered with dry bain marie foods. Not happy & won't go back for sure.

A staple standard especially for take away. Food is not always consistent, however it is always good.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling service. Expensive for the quality/size of the meal. Specifically requested a vegan meal and found small pieces of meat throughout it halfway through the meal. They lied and said ti was onion at first and then admitted it was meat after we insisted it was not.Their excuse was... More

22 Jan 2015.. Asians visit this place. That for me says a lot about the food of this venue. Food was good. Crispy and real Chinese roast duck. Tastes good and authentic Chinese style chicken and veg with cashews. Simple, delicate and delicious veg and tofu. Total bill AUD$62.30 for two people. Slightly pricier than I'd like it to be,... We popped in here for a quick Sunday night take-away. Due to time constraints, we opted to choose from the selection of dishes available in the bain-marie (including black bean beef, thai green curry, sweet and sour chicken and pork, satay chicken, fried rice, steamed rice, spring rolls, dim sims, and a few other things), but there was a lot...
