Drove in from Launceston and yearning for some steak. Googled for Hog's Breath and drove there for lunch. Had a traditional steak (300g) with mushroom. Wanted it medium and it came just slightly more cooked than medium but still tender. One can always depend on Hog's Breath if you want steak in Downunder.

This cafe is crowded with countless collectables, street signs, product signs, things and other curious memorabilia. We were seated quickly ad clearly good service is on the menu. My saad was large and fresh and filling. The wife's chicken burger was fabulous and she had far more than she could eat. The "chips" are addicting. A fun place to eat.... More

Highly recommend a Monday or Tuesday night outing with the kids. The meals are nice and kids eat free these nights so it becomes an affordable option. Rustic atmosphere with sporting memorabilia all over the place. Quite fun for grown ups as well as kids.

I love to try beers in different locations so this place provided the atmosphere so I had a couple beers. Staff (Dory & Marie) were friendly and made the time pass quickly. Did not eat, just drank beer but it was a good choice after walking around the town.

I absolutely love the food here it's awesome, staff are very friendly and accomodating the best off all was the Rocky Road Sundae, atmosphere was great too. I believe Devonport could really benefit from having Hogs Breath it would out do some of the restaurants we already have.

Always a place I dine in. Great food and service. Bayton bay chilli is my favourite. I'm happy with the location with lots of place for parking

Hogs Breathe definitely delivers with its food! It's pub style food, but definitely more gourmet and up market but still has a casual feel to its dishes. I ordered fish, with salad and fries and don't have a negative thing to say! The cocktails are great, and I certainly don't have anything bad to say, the food is very good!

Burgers and beer. Quiet service. Ho-hum. Not worth a return visit. But the beer was fine and the burger was big and OK

I would advise eating here if you hate yourself. The food is of the poorest quality and the service wasn't great either. I sensed this might be the case before ordering and tried to leave but my girlfriend, in all her wisdom, said that was typical of me and I should be patient 'you might be surprised' she said. Well,... More
