There is so many yummy food options to choose from here. Definitely worth the wait. Sit outside and enjoy all that passes by. There is is not much in terms of atmosphere inside.

We had a lovely morning tea at Jackman & McRoss, sitting in the sunshine outside soaking in the charm of the beautiful Battery Point. We had coffee, iced chocolate, caramel slice, eclair and mint chocolate mousse, all of which were superb.

I highly recommend the brioche, utterly divine. The fruit mine pies and general pastries are of a very high standard. Can be a tad pricey, but worth it. Lovely French provincial brunch style dining.

We had breakfast here every day of our stay in Hobart. Little more needs to be said. Excellent food, huge choice, good coffee, good service. Can be very busy though so get in early. Only 5 min walk from Salamanca but up stairs and a hill to build up your appetite!

Venue itself is inviting and coffee was good. Went for nice breakfast and didn't expect selections to be limited to pre-prepared options. When asked staff member about options we experienced a rude attitude from one of the waitresses.

Happy and helpful staff greeted us before we ordered from the extensive emu and we're rewarded with the best pastie I have eaten in years!! Which didn't cost the earth! Wonderful location and table service to boot. Definitely a place to visit.

The entire menu is stunning, from the cakes and pastries to the pies and sausage rolls. Great staff, very friendly and set in a beautiful part of Battery Point.

Went here to pick-up lunch and was met with a delightful selection of high quality and homemade bakery foods, amazing sweets, pies, sausage rolls etc. If I was a local I would come everyday! Very friendly service and good coffee. Will have to come back for a sit down lunch next time!

Thank Renee C
