Discovered the Southbank Bakery while walking back from car rental place. It's not showing up on trip advisor so review here. Beautiful croissants, baguettes, open sandwiches YUM! They did a good job of toasting it and making it all to go so I could take back to sleepyhead family for breakfast.

Incredible pastries freshly baked bread all incredibly fresh and tasty. Just wish they had more of the usual French staples like quiche for example was told they had to be ordered in advance! Weird for a French patisserie not to have quiche otherwise this place is awesome

I'm lucky enough to be a local to A Taste of France on City Road, they have the best Danishes and croissants ever. The cakes are to die for and the baguettes are awesome. Great coffee and friendly staff

This is a terrific little bakery in the up and coming area of Nth Carlton. It is family owned and run and great for lunch or a coffee, open early and closes about 6pm. They have a great range of cakes to eat in or take away.
