Awesome linguini di mare (one of the flag dishes since 1988, 39AUD) and a perfectly balanced french rose the waiter had recommended. Excellent service.

Only gets 4 stars because I have been truly spoil by Italian restaurants but worth 4and a half. Great upstairs area, albeit a touch cramped, the service was excellent and the meals were quite large. Pasta and risotto were excellent but unfortunately too large to...More

Finally made it to Caffe e Cucina with the bloke last night for dinner. On walking in we were welcomed with a hearty 'buona sera' in fact, the place feels like a local haunt in Rome or Venice and the atmosphere transports you straight to...More

Very good Italian food - can't fault it. Staff are great and service was perfect - attentive but not overly so. Highly recommend if you love Italian food with an unusual twist.

One of the best Italian restaurants in South Yarra. The intimate dining room has a romantic feel and would suit many occasions where a fine wine and authentic Italian cuisine provide the perfect setting for cosy conversation. Highly recommended for a lovely dinner date.

Chapel Street
Seek and ye shall find! Prahran is a treasure hunter’s
paradise of vintage stores, upscale boutiques and
emporiums. Chapel Street is a one-stop shop with
specialty stores selling just about everything. The
famous Chapel Street Bazaar has so many curious and
vintage knick-knacks that you will feel as if you're
in a huge and busy museum. By contrast, at the
northern end of Chapel Street, South Yarra and Windsor

Personally, I think you are better off to visit any number of great restaurants along Toorak Rd, Toorak. Eg Manhattan, or even Romeo's! Cafe Cucina is over rated and over priced in my view.
