Nice a Melbournian stable can show his style & panache for a quality themed night. Food was delish, company was great. Being in Echuca without the hussle even better. Frank came out to have a chat with the guests - real, authentic, no pretentious BS....More

Prices are reasonable for Australia. They did not have as wide as n array of Spanish wines as I hoped for. The quail is awesome but the fresh sardines were not as fresh as they could have been.

Amongst the best in Melbourne. Lots of new upstarts that may have delicious food but crappy service, especially in the same neighbour. Movida is absolutely the best. They have spectacular food - every dish I had was a taste sensation. Their Service is impeccable -...More

Fantastic restaurant, with great atmosphere and the best tapas I've eaten in Australia. Quite hard to get a table though, but worth the wait :)

We stopped in for a bite before heading out to a concert, no reservation but they accommodated us straight away, sitting at the bar felt authentic. The sangria is great and the food was amazing. The bar man knew his stuff too. The tapas are...More

Staff were attentive and polite. Clean kitchen with a great atmosphere. Food was unique with fantastic flavours. Sit near the windows and near the kitchen because it’s great to watch the food come out. Highly recommended!

Make sure you book, this restaurant never fails to impress me but it can be very hard to get a table. The waitstaff are extremely well trained & I normally pick a couple of things & let them select the rest, you won't be disappointed.

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary
feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the
city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques,
throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air

Hi, as the other travellers have said the menu changes regularly. Best to go online close to the time you book a table and check. Better still, call and talk to the helpful and friendly staff.

When we opened the doors to MoVida in Hosier lane, Melbourne in 2003 no one knew what to expect. Here was this little bar on a graffiti covered cobbled lane near the cathedral serving Spanish tapas and shared plates in a down lit room playing funky tunes. It's the kind of place you can come in for a beer and a jamon croquetta at the bar and then move across to a table and share a plate of slow braised lamb, some patatas a lo pobre and down some seriously good Spanish red wine.
