I was recommended the chicken spare ribs by a friend when I visited Melbourne last time but couldn't try it on that trip. This time I happily stayed around the corner and managed to try the chicken spare ribs, having stumbled across Thai culinary by chance. Boy am I glad I did, it was well seasoned, spicy, crunchy and garlicky.... More

My wife and I are regulars, due to the quality of the food and the convenience of the location. The food is very tasty with all staff being Thai. My only criticism. It is a cash-only establishment,

Ordered the spicy chicken ribs. And wow...... hands down best chicken ribs in melbourne. It is super tasty. Be careful, it can be too spicy for some of us. Service was not superb but what do u expect from a fast paced restaurant. Will definitely visit again.

Food is consistently great but the wait staff can be extremely rude at times. Think they prefer people to order takeaway

We went here for tea last night they thought we were a takeaway but when we said we were eating in they did not get upset they apologize for the mix up gave us a free side dish. The food was absolutely beautiful & there was a great amount we were left feeling full and very satisfied. Would not hesitate... More

The friendly staff couldn't do enough for me. Love Thai food and this restaurant didn't let me down. So much so that I ate here for two days in a row. Both meals were delicious and fresh.. Well done.

Food is nothing special. The price more increase but the food and the service not valuable. Service is rude. The seasoning jar on the table ( soy sauce, fish sauce, chill.... It super disgusting and terrible I can't believe more than 10 fly in the jar) I gave for staff and they took it away not say any apology with... More

Quite clearly the advertise as been Thai food, having very little knowledge of how to cook. The beef currrys was a watery tasteless, with tiny slivers of beef and no vegs apart from pattatos and whole peanuts! Just yuck. The chicken curry very similar! Dry revolting chicken skewers, with a teaspoon of revolting peanut sauce! Roti bread raw in the... More

It was a horrible experience. The meal came with almost no meats in it, just big pile of rice. When asking staff to check if this is how it's supposed to be, they didn't even check and just returned the meal to me. It was $15 dish and definitely better spent in other restaurants for the same price. Highly NOT... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
