I ordered coffee latte in this coffee shop and the taste is so good even until last drop. Thick but not too strong for me.

The coffee here was great, but it was incredibly busy (probably due to the coffee!) and we had to wait a while to be served. It was worth it, but I might try and go when it's not so crazy next time.

We came here because of the high ratings and the coffee was pretty good. Not the best in Melbourne though (in our opinion). We grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered 2 cappucinos, the staff were friendly and our coffees came quickly. They were a little bit weak for us but had a nice full flavour. Would definitely go... My hubby is a coffee lover and that's why this cafe came into my planning for Melbourne trip back to Feb'17. He always goes for long black, especially for the first time tasting. When we reached the cafe in the afternoon, it looked quite packed and crowded (we were thinking it must be great!). After the first taste, we knew... More

Since moving to Melbourne, I've decided to hunt down all of these coffee shops everyone goes on about. This is a cool place with a rustic arty feel. The crazy chairs on the ceiling is a great idea. The coffee is good here, it can get busy at different times of the day but worth it if you're into you're... More

I spend my time forever looking for good coffee. Well coffee snobs - I've got one for you! This is the best coffee by a country mile in Melbourne. Do go past it and do yourself a favour and get yourself there. It's all they sell so they do it well!!

Found this place online and took a wander to find it. The coffee was very good and the beans were different to others i have had. The staff were very friendly and we loved the atmosphere and design of the place too!

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
