Situated in station building of the Southbound platform of the old Middle Park station, now tram stop 130, Mart 130 is a cosy, but busy cafe. It has a great atmosphere. I found the staff attentive and anxious to serve. I was brought water immediately I sat down and my muffin and coffee came quickly.

Although Mart is away from central Melbourne, it is one of the easiest places to get to given that it is on the tram line. The neighborhood is delightful to walk around and has beaches on one side and parks on the other, so don't just go for food, make this a day trip. The place is busy, so do... More

I have been here a few times now.... yes it can get very busy but there is a reason for that.... food is great and so is the service. Dog friendly and they have blankets for outside in winter. Best corn fritters ever!

What a quant little place. But everyone seems to have the same idea going here. The food is great, coffee brilliant, juices average sadly, they seem to be so busy and the floor staff seemed so confused hey didn't know which way they were going. The food came out quicker than the drinks and when we finally got our juices... More

This unusual cafe is housed in the old Middle Park station on Melbourne's No 96 tram-line, It is situated about halfway along the line between Melbourne city and the terminus at St Kilda, so if you're in desperate need of a coffee halfway into your 30-minute journey to the beach, it's an excellent spot to hop off. The building and... More

quaint cafe at a tram stop along the 96 route to St Kilda Beach ... coffee and corn fritters with bacon and tomato relish were good ... wait staff was friendly and they took my coffee off the bill for the wait for my food which wasn't overly long but it was a nice gesture for them to do it... Ate here Saturday morning around 10:30 and had no problem getting a table outside. I'd the bacon and avocado sandwich which was delicious but my wifes order came wrong and rather than send it back and we eat at different times she just ate it. Wasn't her favourite, she regrets not sending it back, and she has been talking about... More

The coffee is superb! Enough said? The wife had the corn fritters and I tasted it of course. Delicious. I had the pulled pork, poached eggs on muffins. All delicious! The energiser juice was refreshing. We will be back, absolutely. Cheers.

Must be on a blog somewhere. Foods good though although like most Melbourne breakfasts it's not cheap.
