Do your self a favour and pop in to try there extensive cocktail menu. Even if you cant see what your after the bar man will mix up anything you want. The best is th mai tai cocktail. Very fruity and packs a punch. Its perfect from 5 pm till 8 pm with three happy hours and a great range... More

I'm always dubious when our comes to super fast service of food but I was very happy with my meal. I only order green curry when dining at a Thai joint for the first time. Such massive servings I could hardly move.

I had the green dream cocktail and it lived up to its name, however was a bit over priced at $18. however dinner was not so great - the cubed beef was flavourless and oddily presented, sadly the coconut rice was the best part of the meal.

Ate here while on business in Melbourne recently and the food was very good with (in my opinion) overly large servings. I had the Thai Fish Cakes which were great followed by the Rare Beef Salad which was delicious but so large I didn't even get close to eating it all. Whilst the food is very reasonably priced the drinks... More

I went there with a voucher that was a present. The voucher stated duck and $40 drinks of ANY kind, and ANY desert. We got neither of those. The food was barely ok, nothing special. The soup was served almost cold. The chicken satay was nice and flavorsome, but the fried rice was below ordinary. We were limited what we... More

Myself and 2 sons ate here in mid-January. Maybe it has had another change of owner since the other reviews, but we found the food just beautiful. (NB: the signage advertises it as Vietnamese & Thai food) .. Fresh food, large serves, fast service. Delicious in every sense. One weird thing: when i ordered a gin & tonic, they said... More

My daughter ordered the Mai Tai duck, I ordered baby chicken with cinnamon and pork ribs. Duck was AMAAAAZING and dunking the yummy rotti (their spelling) in the sauce was great. Chicken was very dry and weird flavour and the ribs were all rib no meat. Lovey service though and I'd definitely go back for the duck.

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Locals know that Chinatown is the tried and true place to eat before hitting the nightclub scene. The place simply buzzes, and the well-preserved buildings exude a sense of Imperial China stemming from immigration over a century ago. In restaurant after restaurant on Little Bourke Street, you'll find delicious dishes such as sizzling honeyed prawns, and value for your money. Stately matrons oversee family kitchens serving up age-old recipes. The lighting may be unromantic, the patrons loud, and the service no-nonsense, but the food is sensational.
