Deserve a 3.5 rating. Limited but good enough spread for lunch. Overall good was average good. Good value for money with groupon. The seafood was fresh.

Tasty and fresh food. Buffet range not as extensive as Burswood but was adequate. Staff were very polite and helpful. Would gladly visit again.
