When in Auckland I always visit as I love the smoked fish option as an extra. My eggs were a little overcooked this time but still soft. The breakfast/brunch is wonderful with great coffee and fabulous views over to the beach.

Visited with my daughter-in-law, last week, and we both really wanted some soup for lunch. Soup was unavailable that day but the Maitre D advised that they could turn some cauliflower puree into soup for two of us, as a one off. It arrived, beautifully served with a swirl of lovely oil and was accompanied by a slice of toasted,... More

Creative dishes, fresh ingredients ( of course!), and attentive, friendly service. Obviously, locals love this place...steady stream of diners.

A must-visit if you are in Auckland. Take a waterfront bus out to St Heliers for some lovely harbour views, then head for this waterfront cafe, a locals' favourite. Stylish decor, attentive service, great food and wine at not-exorbitant prices.

You never get disappointed... they have the best food and friendliest staff ... we have been there few times with friend and kids and we had zero bad experience... not very baby friendly cafe but they do their best to accomodate you with kids 😉

Excellent place to enjoy with a couple of friends in front of the beach! Good food, in special the wagyu beef hamburger with delicius handcut chips! Awesomeness

Fantastic from the moment we stepped in. Polite staff. Got the fish and the burger to go and sat on the back across the road with view Rangitoto. Smoothies were great too. Even brought us water as we waited in the sun for food to be ready. Top notch

Came for lunch. Food was okay. They were happy to adapt most things on there menu to make them gluten free. We waited in my opinion to long to get our drinks. With people receiving theirs before us even though they had ordered after us. Was okay. Not bad, but not amazing either.

Haven't been for a while but today might be the last time. Ordered berry brioche x2 but then told none available only savoury or one cinnamon. My wife ordered the cinnamon brioche and my alternative arrived well in advance of hers. When it did eventually arrive it had been nuked in the microwave, was like old boot leather and completely... Definitely worth a trip out from the city. Nice, airy dining room. Big menu with lots of good options on it, great beer on tap and some fun nonalcoholic drinks too. The waygu beef burger is delicious I might add.
