We had a family dinner at EDO last weekend. The environment and food were great. We have orders sashimi, ramen, deep-fried chicken and other dishes. The ramen was the best we have had in waikato. The sashimi was very fresh. We also had Japanese sake....We will definitely be back.More

Looking for a quick walk in dinning experience this was a great option. Food was very quick out of the kitchen and serving were very generous. Great flavors beautifully presented. Their sake select is also great with some very hard to get Dingin jo options.
The best Japanese cuisine I have ever tasted! Japanese food and service here is above par. The staff was friendly and observant. The place has a nice atmosphere. Generous servings, fresh-tasting food. Have ordered an assortment for a group dinner, including a lot of ramen dishes and several servings of tempura shrimp. All good and everyone in the group expressed satisfaction.

From the very first time I ate here I have been back time and time again and had the confidence to try new and wonderful things I find on the menu. The menu caters to anyone and if you have dietary requirements they will accommodate...that. The Server has always been polite and helpful. If you are new to Japanese cuisine i highly recommend Edo the tofu dishes are my fave, as well as the classic chicken katsu, is delicious. The Juices they have on offer also amazing. Me and my partner were craving ramen and we are on a strict diet and can’t eat the noodles, so I asked if we could bring our own noodles, the service was amazing they let us bring our own and they cooked them for us...for no extra charge! Very very impressed and happy, I highly recommend eating here they’re amazing and so kind! Thank you Edo!!!!More
The ramen was great and tasty. Noodles is quite good! Sushi is fresh! And the Veg Tempura is surprised me !

Walking down Victoria street looking for a place to have an early lunch, and had almost reached the end. We decided to take a chance on Edo. Ended up being a very good choice. We were greeeted as soon as we entered, and seated. The...menues were colourful and waiting for us at the table. We ordered a few items to explore the menu from tuna/salmon sushimi, to a pork noodle soup. The food arrived in a procession, and very quickly. It looked better than the pictures and was very tasty. We didn't have a dissapointing dish, between us. It was ALL good. I recommend this place.More
This is a real find: Reasonable prices, nice staff, great food, Restautant is at the nice location(next to the Les Mills). the service is friendly and quick. They serve the best Ramen noodles i have ever had. Totally worth it!
