Exceptional Italian Food

The atmosphere was fantastic; a slice of Italy in the heart of Hamilton. The menu was excellent as was our food selection. Hats off to Chef John and his kitchen staff. Our service was incredible and Anne was a most lovely host. Highly recommend this...restaurant for locals and travelers to Hamilton alike. Thanks for the amazing experience. Amazing fish

I went in on saturday night with my parents, I had the pesce alla parmigiana - the fish with lemon and parmesan sauce and my parents had steak. All our meals were brought out in a very timely manner and did not disappoint. In New...Zealand we struggle to find fish that is predominantly boneless but i was able to eat my entire plate without a single bone in sight. The steaks were cooked exactly how we asked for them and the sauces were incredible. I highly recommend Adriana's, the atmosphere and service is lovely.More

Bones in fish. Beware!

Big bones in fish meal. A choking hazard for anyone! Alerted the waitress who apologised and she informed the kitchen. The chef should check the fish for bones before cooking it. No compensation or discount was given! Meal servings are generous but the vegetables were...bland and the tiramisu lacked any coffee flavour. Overall a disappointing dinner out!More

Like having dinner at Nonna's

Delicious authentic italian food that tastes like home-made. Waitresses were attentive and knowledgeable. Serving size was perfect. An affordable option for families and the quality of food is always consistently good.

Nice atmosphere and great food!

We ordered the bruschetta w spinach as entrees, fish (pesce alla italiano)/penne all's arrabbiata as mains and tiramisu/apple compote for dessert. All very nice, fish was nicely seasoned and cooked. Sauce on the penne was superb. One of the better tiramisu on North Island, definitely...better than Nicolini's or Fatelli in Wellington. This restaurant is a hidden gem!More

Family Dinner

Delicious Fabulous Italian restaurant , opposite Novotel Tainui, great , friendly ,warm atmosphere . Good menu selection . We had the most delicious fish meal , terrific service , and fabulous front of house staff.

A taste of Italy made with love - absolutely Delicious!!!

Excellent Food

Wonderful place to dine. Looks a little jaded outside but warm and cosy inside so don’t “judge by first look”. Great service and lovely food. Efficient service even though lots dining. No issue and good suggestions from waitress to adapt to my needs. Much appreciated!

Totally impressive

An outstanding Italian restaurant.we went with family and each dish was impeccably presented. Perfectly cooked My steak was cooked to perfection. The staff were super Friendly super efficient. And really just absolutely delightful. The restaurant was o sacked always a good sign. But I was...so impressed with that happiness these girls radiated . They were truly impressive Only thing I need to comment on The bruschetta plate was over heated and when I picked it up it burnt my finger. But no problem but perhaps a warning that plates can be hot. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant 120%More

Amazingly authentic Italian Restaurant

What a treat!, Atmosphere and service right from the beginning was wonderful. Best garlic bread ever. Half expected to see Nonna and Pappa working the kitchen.
