Had the toast selection and coffee this morning. Was ok but toast could have been toasted for longer as it was hardly toasted. I had to raid another table for a knife and butter as there was none on our table.

Interesting menu with a good range of choices, using local produce. The service was good and our food arrived promptly. We had a special 2 course for $35 which was very reasonable.

Stopped in for dinner on our way back to our hotel. Great service and excellent food. The Pork Roulade was delicious, and the Chicken breast on beetroot rissoto was beautiful.

We were tired and hungry. We ordered fish, the salads and accompaniments were great but the fish left a,lot to be desired. Desserts fab.

Visited while staying at the James Cook Hotel. Our first night we enjoyed wine and a nice dinner. The pea and ham soup was amazing!! The fish very good. Had the burgers and pumpkin soup for lunch one day. Great! Short staffed but worth the wait.

I dined with friends for lunch and loved the meal. I had the beef dish with a pinot noir to match. It was cooked to perfection and then for desert I had the pannacotta. A great restaurant for a quick lunch or a long catch up with friends. Well worth the price and I would recommend this restaurant to all.

Convenient location and cheaper than the hotel restaurant.Menu items were standard breakfast fare with add-ons available for the cooked options. Good friendly service with tasty food.

We arrived for lunch as the kitchen was preparing to close. No matter the kitchen crew rustled up our desired choices without bother ... and we were both well pleased with the result!

We did not have a meal here but had drinks and coffee, which was pleasant. It is right by hotel lobby so convenient for a night cap after dinner up town.
