I booked for 7 persons and as it was a special occasion I asked for a table away from the kitchen as it can be a little noisy. We were away around the corner which was preferred except that we were forgotten! The service was non existent, and the food arrived Luke warm...The staff were casual and lacked lustre. This was my... We shared a tapas platter before a concert and really enjoyed the local beer, the "mocktail" and the friendly, unrushed service. Reasonably priced.

Booked for 17. Arrived to personalised menu with our chosen choices and drink choices. Great service and very good food. I had the gnocchi, which was very fresh and tasty! The dessert tapas platter was very sweet and lots to share! Highly recommend!

I came here several years ago for a work function and it had a set menu that time. This time I was glad to choose from the a la carte menu. As I had heard the deserts were rather good, had two smaller tapas plates for my mains - a salad and potatoes, both of which were delicious and extremely... More

Good location, quiet corner upstairs. Food good for all ages, good service. An easy meal out. We were the last ones in the restaurant and there was no pressure for us to leave.

Visited the restaurant with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. The maître d was warm, chatty and attentive and really enhanced our experience. There was a good mix of dishes to cater for our wide variety of tastes, as well as an extensive wine list. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and the big surprise was the amazing shared... More

Visited this highly recommend fine dining restaurant on a Sunday evening for an anniversary dinner. The advertised Sunday Roast was not available after being seated. I couldn't understand the foreign waiter and the food was overpriced, over cooked and a severely merger portion. Although not really late, around 9pm, the staff were packing up chairs and clearing up around us.... More

I went here for dinner recently with my husband and it's definately a place with a lively atmoshere. It was very busy (obviously a popular spot) and quite noisy. I think a large part of the clientele were the 'after-work' crowd. It was a Friday night and also the weekend of the rugby being in Wellington. We had the shared... More
