Excellent food, get beer, very good service all in down town Invercargill. There is outdoor dining when the weather is fine but that didn't seem to worry the locals.

Lovely and cosy on a cold summers night, rain outside and a hearty Irish stew was just perfect. The waitress fresh from Ireland made the experience even more authentic. A quiet night so hard to say how a busy night would be, but our waitress...More

We only stayed one night in Invercargill and we're lucky enough to walk past this pub on our way to see what was on in the cinema. It's excellent, very clean, good choice of meals, extremely friendly and efficient staff, food was brilliant and plentiful,...More

This place is a must go to. The food was simple but delicious. They carried the local invercargill beer as well as the normal Irish type beers and the staff were fantastic. Three of us are and drank for just over $100.

What a great spot to dine. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and efficient. Full table service for drinks and food. The atmosphere and decor were also excellent. Highly recommend.

So, I just went in for a drink, had a big lunch and wasn't feeling overly hungry. The restaurant meals coming from the kitchen looked fabulous and huge. Eventually got a little peckish and checked out the bar meals, which were very reasonably priced around...More

I normally love Irish pubs - lots of nooks and crannies and some good Irish fare - this place was disappointing - we arrived at 8.20 and we could only order from bar menu as all tables had been previously booked out - not sure...More

The night you mention was New Years Eve and we were fully booked, as was explained at the door. A hold was put on dining simply to ensure the smooth running of the business and ensure that our pre-booked tables were catered for in a...More

My Wife and I love these types of places. It is an old style pub and decor to match. When we arrived the place was full and we were told that they had no tables available. We asked if we could wait and the bartender...More

My friends & I happened to have lunch at this place! Food wasn't too bad but they made us wait for 10 minutes before taking our orders, although it was a quiet, holiday afternoon!!! Don't bother going there, if you are not a local!
