Stopped off on the way home from Canberra. Great service. Great food. Fantastic hot chocolate. Very much recommend turning off The Hume for a break and a pie.

Driving through Goulburn in search of food the day after Boxing Day easily leads to disappointment. Our two favourite high quality cafes were closed for a no doubt a well deserved break. The third one was recently destroyed in a fire. The choices open to us were very limited especially as we had our two four legged friends with us.... More
The fresh sandwiches are not to be missed and the coffee is always well prepared and refreshing. The service is always friendly and very efficient. A great variety of pies and pastries. Goulburn's best sandwich/lunch shop.
Love their pineapple and coconut pie plus their pies are very tasty staff are very friendly . Great place to get something if you are in a hurry .
I put it down to inexperienced staff on a holiday weekend. I asked for a cheese and salad roll and a long black coffee. What I got was a cheese and salad sandwich on white bread and a huge black coffee. In all it cost me over $15 !
The cinnamon donut I had with my lunch was fantastic. It was very light and fluffy. The steak and mushroom pie was average. Beautifully warm and pleasant place to eat. Food is simple and they mainly concentrate on what they do best,,Pies, Pastries and sandwiches.
Many times i have been here, their pies and cakes are world class. Sausage rolls are magical. Staff are lovely, coffee is good. Worth a visit
Pies are quite good. Disappointed with the coffee. Had a double shot flat white. There was no foamed top as normal. The taste of the coffee tasted like instant. Maybe just a bad time, machine may have needed a clean. However the service from the staff was very good.
