Fantastic food. Always best to have a chat with this great chef so that you can hear, then taste, his enthusiasm. Always good, no, VERY good.

We had a lovely meal, 5 star rating for the chef! Only let down was the disinterested waitress. Unfortunately I believe it is hard to get good wait staff in gladstone. Would definitely go again though.

We went to dinner at the Brass Bell recently and were blown away with the food and service. As Seafood fans, we hesitantly ordered the brass bell oysters, seafood chowder and pork belly. Oysters were cooked perfectly and seafood chowder was fresh, tasty and full of a huge range of seafood. Will definitely be back.

I've eaten at this restaurant before but previous to this I didn't have this app but have always had excellent service and the meals have always been of the highest level of quality from chef Macca. I would recommend this restaurant for family , couples and solo, if you want the best tasting experience you have ever had.

The Brass Bell – what a great little find this place was. You could walk past it and not even know it was there. I visited this place on a Wednesday night, and it was quite busy with some large group bookings. Nonetheless, I was immediately informed that there could be a wait, and if I was ok with that,... We went to dinner here to celebrate my Aunt's 70th birthday. We were seated inside but there was it was a beautiful night, so they had the folding glass doors between inside and the terrace tables open and we had a beautiful (gentle) ocean breeze which was just lovely. The restaurant is in a very quiet section of Goondoon street... More

Way better than any other restaurant in town. Head chef Macca is so extremely talented, especially given his young age. Could not fault the service, food or decor. Cant say enough about this place! Will definitely be coming back.

Entrees: Took over an hour to come to the table, watched other tables that arrived after us, eat their entree and main before we got anything. Oysters 6 ways- Medium rating on this dish, but sadly the highlight of our evening. The fresh oysters really nice and also the Kilpatrick. The others had so many mismatched ingredients on them that... More

Had an amazing dinner at the Brass Bell last night. Could not believe how well the flavours contrasted in the prawns dish we had for the entree. The mango and avocado went well with the coconut crumb making it taste really tropical and refreshing. Usually we go out for tea to another restaurant nearby but definitely glad we tried this...
