The food was delicious. We kept it simple: traditional lasagna and a quattro formaggi pizza. There were no leftovers at all! Service was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely and very homey. Highly recommended.

Breakfast sounded delicious on paper but was visually unappealing not to mention average flavours. Ordered juice that was advertised as fresh but which came in a bottle. Around the edge of the plate was chips, two lonely mushrooms stuffed with mince meat. The bread tasted a tad stale. The highlight was the two poached eggs. To be fair the service... More

Tucked away from the busy Acland Street area is this cosy trattoria that I happened to chance upon. The food was great, as Italian food should be. We ordered saltimbocca, pizzas, a lasagna, rocket and pear salad and a zuchini "spaghetti" with prawns. The house chianti was good too. A most unassuming place for the St Kilda location.

Fantastic, flavoursome food! Something for everyone.. (Gluten free pizza as well). Every time I go it feels like I'm visiting my Uncle Mario's home, always warm and friendly ... My fav pizza; Alla moda Di Mario with the extra chilli.. I recommend 1 pizza per person.. Hard to share!
