Very enjoyable afternoon with great food, beautiful garden, friendly staff and the tiniest little birds who will come and join you at your table for a jam sample. Really lovely experience. You could get a table inside the cottage on a cold day but you would miss out on all the fun with these little guys flying around trying to... More

We ducked in for a bite to eat what an amazing scenery and relaxing vibe, the food was amazing and came out promptly and a place for the kids to play and explore! We even grabbed a few take away of their signature berry pies to have at home! Amazing!

Hey Emma Thanks for the awesome review you posted today for the berry farm cottage cafe. I am glad you enjoyed the food and setting and it is wonderful that the kids had a great time (although the back lawn is a little muddy at the moment from the rain!). The café is within an old farmhouse adjacent to the vineyard cellar door. It has indoor, veranda and outdoor tables and a climbing playground for kids. All of our party of 10 enjoyed their lunch.

A relatively small restaurant tucked in a beautiful garden. Dine alfresco instead of staying indoors as you will be surrounded by pretty birds who will feed from your hand if you have sugar on it and you hold it still enough for them. Beware of the bird droppings on the chairs and tables though. The highlight of the cafe is... More

The service we received at the cafe was superb. The girl helped us chose our order, advised us on where to sit to get sun and watch the birds and was friendly and accommodating with our young children. Customer service like that makes a quick snack very special. Customer service at the cellar door was reasonable but not to the... More

A trip to Margaret River is not complete without a trip out to The Berry Farm. This place has a cottage kitchen with a great menu and big serves. They feed the local birds which come by the hundreds and are just fascinating to watch and the relaxing surrounds just makes you feel you have no worries in the world.... More

Where old meets new, the best of both worlds. Shared a ploughmans platter for two...with three, and it was more than adequate. Absolutely delicious. So much variety, meats, cheese, salad, fruit, bread, olives , the list goes on! Shard a bottle of sparkling Nashi Fruit wine, perfect! Even though we were so full, we had to have dessert. I had... We didn't feel like a large lunch, so decided to have the scones jam & cream and a coffee. It was a cold day. I expected to walk into a larger, heated indoors seating area, but the tables inside were all taken so we sat out the back on the upstairs patio area. A very cold wind spoiled our time... More

Margaret River region is home to so many wineries, it would not be possible to experience them all in one visit, but The Berry Farm is a must. Their Nashi Pear and their Passionfruit Sparkling wine are a delight and we thoroughly enjoyed our Crispy Skin Salmon with Roast Vegetables and their Hamburger with the works for a leisurely lunch.... A bit out of the way but this cafe, farm and store is worth a visit. Four of us reserved a table in the cafe garden. Everyone raved about their menu choices - good quality and portion size. Ploughmens platter is delicious! We also took home some cider and jams from the store.
