I think the hype has impacted their quality! Mojitos at less "known" places were often better. But, no reason no to stop and enjoy the perfect setting -- under the tress right on the beach. But, its very popular especially on 2 for 1 nites.stick to the less sweet ones if you want it to taste like a mojito.

Try two for one drink night Wednesday nights at Mojitos'. Always lots of ex-pats and locals there enjoying the spectacular sunset and cheap drinks. Really nice proprietor. Right on the sand, but on a shaded deck.

We book ended our vacation at Mojitos and were very pleased with the variety and quality of the food. I loved the conch fritters, oysters and calamari. You can sit right on the beach deck and get some of the most beautiful sunsets. This restaurant was wonderful and the staff were very helpful.

Great location on the beach less than 1km from town. Great drinks good food, and good service. Went back for a second meal. Mojitos and margaritas are muy bueno.

Very tempting menu, but I haven't had a chance to try the food yet. The mojitos, however, are superb -- properly made and delicious, 200 DOP each, credit cards accepted. The bar manager is friendly and seems to speak every language known to man. Wednesday happy hour currently features half-price drinks. Makes me wish I'd be here another Wednesday!

The setting was great on the ocean, the food selection suburb but the service was so slow over 1 hour and a half for our food to come

Staff is attentive, making the best coctails in town at friendly price, right on the beach. Best place for coctails. We did not try the kitchen.

I highly recommend this little beach bar/lounge, right on the sand in one of the most beautiful Las Terrenas area spots for a swim or sunset viewing. Carlos, the owner, originally from Cuba, is one of the warmest and friendliest bar owners around, and along with his staff, will treat you like one of his family members and put you... More

What's better than sitting on the beach sipping on a mojito? Amazing ceviche and Mofongo as well! Go for happy hour, can't beat that deal!
