We love coming here for breakfast, this place has such a welcoming and local feel to it. We have been here for lunch and dinner, however breakfast is still my favourite. The outdoor garden setting and timber slab benches and bar setting is so relaxing.

Seriously, walk past the other eateries and stop here for lunch. Good value for money (lunch menu of average $15 for a good sized main) and the food is extremely fresh and cooked by a clearly talented chef. Vegan options are also extremely tasty! (The portabello mushroom 'sandwich' with pesto, fresh tomato chutney, fried haloumi and fresh spinach was just... More

Great staff, welcoming for families and beautiful food!! Cater to the individual needs for families! Young man who was on the door encouraging patrons in was doing a great job - very enthusiastic and welcoming and our waitress was lovely! Highly recommend

Food and coffee was great. Customer service was rubbish. They were so rude especially the lady taking orders. They bought over my coffee and said here you go. Rude rude rude.

Walked past grand final night got hit up by doorman to come in. Every where was super busy so the fact we got a table not to busy near the tv was a bonus. We waited ages to order drinks then waited ages to get it ended up going to ask for it. They were busy but wouldn't say crazy... More

We had pasta, a burger and chicken parmigiana - portion size was filling, and the food was really tasty. Staff is nice. A great place to have lunch.

We had a delicious, extremely filling breakfast at the Sidewalk café, Eggs benedict with tomato relish. I've never thought to put relish on eggs benedict but was so very tasty! Go try it for yourself!

We asked the waiter for a high chair for our son and he brought out a high chair covered in mould and dirt to which to advised weno longer needed it. My... More

Okay, all I can say is disappointing. After waiting 40minutes for the meal. The steak was over cooked. The chips where pale and under cooked. Finally I asked for no cucumber and let's just say it was throughout my salad. I don't think I will come back :(

Description
When I think about Good Food, its about quality and value. After working in some of Australia best food establishments I have discovered making sure high quality standards are applied to the preparation, cooking and presentation of our menu is the key to its success.

SideWalk offers a cosmopolitan experience with its footpath dinning. Although this kind of dinning is not unique elsewhere in Australia, we offer a different experience in Airlie Beach, from the fantastic view, the food, wine and service we certainly stand out from the rest. Lovers of good food, coffee and wine love SideWalk.
