Awesome-awesome people. The whole place is not over rated not like the cafe's in Sydney. I'm looking forward to my next visit in Forster which is the next long weekend, and might stay there for good.

We hired the larger pontoon boat for 1/2 day. Whilst not the prettiest on the water, she was the most reasonable & served the same purpose as the others nearby. Great friendly staff & a thoroughly enjoyable day on the lake. Coffee pretty good as well ☕️

It doesn't take that much for a welcoming smile when you dine out! Sure it's the same old tourist coming through but it's also your livelihood! Customer service manual needs updating here however it is naturally pleasant right on the river. Food is ordered at the counter and delivered to your table number. They have numbers on the menu for... More

Returned from whale watching and wandered up to restaurant. We didn't have a booking and were fortunate to be seated even though a tourist bus had just arrived. Ate salt and pepper squid and was so tender and delicious and served so quickly. Enjoyed every part of the meal.

We had a great day out on the water at Forster. I recommend this particular hire company because the boats have a shade canopy and are really easy to operate. Good/clear instructions were given on how to steer the boat, drop the anchor, turn off the engine and where to fish. We saw plenty of wildlife, including White Bellied Sea... More
