The Tavern is a good family dining outlet in a local neighbourhood. Didn't have much atmosphere as there was a Trivia night going on, but pleasant enough for early dining with children. We chose to dine outside to occupy the children. The service was slow. We had to send out a search party for our ordered drinks and the meals... More

This is a lovely place to meet friends for a quick wine or to have a lunch or dinner. A very well known local place. You see a lot of young families and groups enjoy the tavern. Staff are always wonderful.

I’ve only been to the tavern a couple of times so far for lunch and have enjoyed their specially priced lunch meal menu on both occasions. Things like Beer Battered Fish and Chips, Linguini, Salt and Pepper Calamari, Smoked Ham with Cheese and Pineapple Pizza, Traditional Pork Sausages, Hamburger with Chips or Crumbed Chicken Schnitzel. When I was there they... More

We have eaten here a couple of times, but notice the chef doesnt season his food. What I thought was a once off, is sadly not as we ate again last night and again no seasoning anywhere on the food on my plate. The meals are a good size and no one left hungry, but the 'table service' isnt really... More

I went on Sunday 19th March and we both had Chicken Parmigianas. i had the roasted vegetables one and what came out was pretty disappointing as the only "vegetables" and they were certainly not roasted!!! was grated Carrot??????? The chicken was also very watery. This was my first visit to the place and granted it was 715pm on a Sunday,... More

Hi Jason Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am unsure what happened here and will take this up immediately with our Executive Chef and come back to you with my feedback. This is not our usual feedback on our parmis, we usually get rave reviews! Kellie More

We have been here twice now as it is our new local pub. The food i find to be very disapointing and overpriced for what it is. If they want to sell cheap pub food the prices should reflect this

Visited with my husband and children. We all had a nice meal. The service was a bit slow (taking orders) but the food arrived soon after ordering. There's a kids area and the outdoor setting is very nice. All up a pleasant experience.

It the menu you would expect from a taven and the quality of the food is to pub food standard - nothing amazing, but a good place to go with the family for lunch. They have a small kids room.
