Loved the great displays. Waitress was friendly. Our burgers were very nice. We found the prices of milkshakes ridiculous so declined. All of the berths were filled so this place is popular. Just loved the decore and it starts right from the door handle to enter. It is worth a trip to the toilet just to see them. A lot... More

Visited with a group - very friendly staff accommodated us with a minimum of fuss. Fast service with 50s style food & drink. Just a lot of fun if you are into the 50s theme... or not.

Heard mostly positive feedback about this place. First time we've found it open when looking for a feed. Love the retro decor. Waitress was efficient and jolly. Plenty of mid priced choices on the menu but not much healthy stuff. We both opted for seafood plate (hub cap) The plate was inside an old Holden hub cap! Well cooked seafood... More

We popped into this place during the day to make a booking for the evening and to ask if my partner food allergy (Dairy) would be an issue and got told no it would be fine. So we returned that evening arriving late (so we apologised for being late), and was seated. We explained to the waitress that my partner... More

I go here every now and then and usually enjoy myself. Sometimes the staff can be a bit dreary and lifeless but that's understand considering how busy the venue gets. Other times the staff can be really happy! The food is amazing and the drinks are delicious. It is a little costly. It is quite intriguing to just take a... More

This is a great family resturant with the nicest food.. basic food but tasty and reasonably priced.. as the name suggests its a 50s style diner with lots of memorabilia.. great service tops it off.

We popped in here on Sunday afternoon for my first visit. A little of the main drag in Delaoraine. The older lady behind the counter was quite rude, I'm starting to think the service industry thinks the paying customer owes them a living! Apart from that it was otherwise a lovely quaint little place. Really enjoyed the decor and trip... More

The idea behind this place is great, but it doesn't seem to be working. For the amount of effort that had gone into the interior, I was shocked that the place wasn't filled. Then I saw the sign that said "no photos please". This seems crazy to me as so many businesses get their customers through social media these days.... More

The collection of 50's memorabilia has to be seen to be believed, it is truly amazing. Food is American diner style, burgers, chips and seafood. We had a Texan burger and a Hubcap (seafood) platter and both were excellent. Plenty of shakes and spiders for drinks and surprisingly good wine. Well worth a visit at any time of the day.

The place itself is great and he has obviously put some effort into the decor but unfortunately we called on a very wet day in July for coffee and the owner couldn't even muster up a "good morning" and we were only 2 of 4 people in there. Worth a look if only for a coffee but wouldn't go out... More
