Nippers Cafe and the adjoining animal farm make for a great few hours' stopover. The lunch was a bit costly but the food was delicious! It is rare to have a rare steak so tenderly done but they accomplished it. The mint-chocolate shake really hit the spot on a rather warm day too! And the fries and wedges were wonderfully... More

Well worth calling in for either just a coffee or if you are hungry something more substantial. The menu features heavily the local marron and other delicacies - all very reasonably priced. The staff are excellent - very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you!

We stopped here for lunch and ordered the tasting plate for two and there was more than enough for us. The food was great and marrons were very tasty in the butter sauce. If your in the area or heading to/coming back from Little Beach the marrons are definitely worth a try. We will stop by here again for lunch... More

A pity we didn't have the stomach capacity to order any food but drinks only. They were lovely, esp the Chocolate Lovers drink which had 3-4 different kinds of chocolates with the drink! Presentation was beautiful too, not something you'll expect from the country. Staff was very friendly and the place was clean. We were the only ones there on... More

We took our elderly mum out to Nippers for a birthday treat and it did not disappoint. The food was well priced, beautifully presented and delicious. The service was efficient, warm and friendly. I would recommend the marron and avocado pizza, it was amazing. I will certainly be recommending Nippers as a great place to have lunch...the cakes looked beautiful... More

Heard about but never been, Nippers is set up out in 2 peoples bay, not on your normal track. There is a well set up bird sanctuary with many beautiful creatures. Holding a bowl of chopped apples I was inundated in a very excited way by at least 8 birds all clambering for bits of Apple . Staff were friendly... More

We took visiting family to Nippers on January 4. We had been there before and were impressed by the quality of the food even though it is a little pricey. Himself had a steak sandwich in Turkish bread which he pronounced excellent while I had a taste plate of marron and yabbies with bread and butter and salad as did... More

I was keen to have lunch out here and visit the animals (so I'm 32, still a kid at heart!). After enjoying patting the Guinea pigs, rabbits, horse, donkeys and feeding the birds, we had ourselves an incredible lunch. We ordered the Feast for Two which had BBQ'd Martin, gilgies, marinated octopus, a whole smoked trout plus cheeses, sweet fruits,... More
