    About
    The menu comprises mainly recipes of French origin, chef Valentim Carmo, a young man who learned the profession thanks to chef Guy Doré with whom he worked for 25 years. In addition to the French cuisin, Valentim Carmo, born in the cold lands in the north of Portugal, applies those native flavors of the region in his dishes.     A delight!

    Beautiful setting, felt like we were arriving into an old country house, very welcoming professional staff, exquisite food. We had chateaubriand which was divine. A memorable evening. So relaxing from the moment we arrived. Sorry to leave!
