Found it by chance (but had read about it in Lonely Planet) and had a snack lunch in the lovely atmosphere of the courtyard, accompanied by the tortoises. Loved it.

We waited a long time for the waiter to off the phone and give us a table. We waited even longer for the food, and when it came one of the dishes was wrong and the other with grilled chicken was still half raw. The waiter replaced the uncooked chicken and meat, but not the side dishes. They charged full... More

Located in between some buildings towards the top end of the souk, this open air restaurant is a treat. The chairs are uncomfortable, but the setting and environment is superb. The food was delicious. I had the confit lamb shoulder. simply wonderful.

Great food here served with great joy and little touches of real interest in your well being. The roof terrace in particular is really pleasurable in the sun with a selection of lovely plants making it very special, can really recommend the grillades - fantastic especially the mixed ones :)

We went to dinner at this green oasis in the middle of the medina. The place has a great vibe, unfortunately our waiter seemed arrogant and indifferent. When he poured the wine he spilled on our menu and on the table. But never came back to clean it up. The food is fine. Standard - nothing exceptionel. Cocktails among the... More

A very mixed experience of this restaurant. Although the food and atmosphere were top notch, the service was pretty dismal. It was a pretty chilly evening and half way into our meal the heavens opened. We asked to move to a more sheltered table (note-we had to ask!) and then were shocked when staff didn't offer any assistance and we... More

Arriving early with a friend. We are amongst a few guests. The settings are amazing by night and the menucard is promising. After ordering, we get our stater while the tables are getting full. Some guests arriving after us, gets their main course ... We are still waiting. After one hour the food arrives and it's cold! We ask for... More

The menu was typically Moroccan but also included European options. Staff were first class, very welcoming and professional.

Having been seduced by Nomad, we thought we ll give "Le Jardin" a try too. We went on sunday 07/02, they were refreshing the paint of the courtyard downstairs and we ate on the sunny (verry sunny) roof terrace. The place design is beautiful, and will be great again after the fresh lick of paint, the courtyard with the trees,... More

Description
a newcomer. This new restaurant in the old town of Marrakech is welcome as a calm oasis. Coulour are all in green and black( and white ) there is a large patio with a slight market feeling , then lots of terrasses ,and alcoves. As it was quite new when I went there lin February it feels a bit empty , but with Easter holidays approaching it is certainly a great place to relax during your shopping spree in the souks
