We had a lovely time at the Oyster Inn. Our waiter Davide was spectacular. Gluten free was not a problem as there were a few GF items on the menu. Loved the salt and pepper squid!

It may not be the best dining in the world, but the food here is always solid and the staff are really lovely. Always happy to come back and look forward to the next visit.

Great place great service and of course great food I just don't understand why they charge $60 for a $15 bottle of wine Fish is great as well as the mac and cheese Best seat are on the balcony- they just need to remove that cheap plastic awning that gets to about 100f in summer

Delicious cocktails, attentive service, and the food was outstanding. The salad with the mozzarella ball thing in the middle was incredible, and the kingfish sashimi was amazing.

For wine we had some local choices: Man O'War... More

we were traveling throughout NZ for our honeymoon so picked a cute, delicious restaurant in every city. I think our host thought we were crazy being a bit stingy on our money so I will be honest that Oyster Inn is not cheap. But there is a reason because the food omg... I'm drooling just thinking out it. The oysters... More

Excellent food. Excellent staff. Recommended to book a table in advance. We wanted to go back the second evening too but it was full. :(
