Service rubbish. Food disgusting - potatoes bravos greasy. Prawns soft and mushy overcooked and not fresh in nasty oil 15 mins after potatoes. Calamari waited another 15 mins asked where it was for it to suddenly arrive lukewarm salty and rubbery. Sangria full of ice and tasted awful 12 euros rip off for 2 glasses. Complete contrast to our earlier... More

We dropped in for lunch. The majority of tourists had already left and some locals were still eating there. So it felt right because of the local look and feel. We had pork and bbq chicken steak which were both really good looking and delicious. We also had local beer and sangria that were very good also. The service was... More

Walking around a very wet Ronda, looking for somewhere to eat, we stumbled over La Giralda. Having declined the kind offer of an indoor heater (at |east the rain was warm !), we settled on the tapas selection. What a great choice - 6 dishes of pork, meatballs, Russian salad, peppers and onions, cheese, and ham, all for 10e absolutely... More

No space downstairs, went upstairs with the pram, but that's ok... We ordered pork steak, scrambled egg (revuelto), carrillada (it was good), and a mixed salad. Had to ask 3 times for water, the mixed salad had no tuna, we complained and they brought the tuna by the time we finished the salad. Ordered a juice with straw for our... More

This place stood out from the rest as there were no waiters in the street chasing the few tourists around. We find such behaviour off-putting and this place looked both "real life" (i.e. not designed to please tourists) and busy, so we went in. All the tables were taken but the big pan of migas rondeñas (local dish) looked to... More

We were only in Ronda for the day and needed a lunch spot. You always know when there's locals eating in a restaurant, it's a good sign. This was definitely true. Our food was fresh and delish. We had fresh salad, meatballs (tapas) and a mixed plate of tapas with three hot and three cold selections. All the food was... More

Good prices, tasty meals made of fresh, natural ingredients. Probably the only real restaurant open between lunch and dinner time too (besides the tapas bars). Family owned restaurant, with very friendly service. Fantastic pumpkin soup, delicious canonigos salad with goat cheese and the typical Andalusian pescadito frito. Gabi and Mihaly
