I can't say the food in this restaurant was bad but I can't say it was delicious either. I was really disappointed by their Ramen. It wasn't cheap but the taste wasn't authentic at all. It was just a broth with really weak taste as I have been to Asia several times I know how is Ramen supposed to taste.... More

Definitely an excellent place for a culinary experience. The food and menu is very complete and authentic. Even if the setting and service can still be improved the food beats all little imperfections.

Here for a conference and we felt like sushi. Atmosphere, service and food weren't very good. Sushi/sashimi cuts were off. Uncomfortable seats. They allow smoking in half the restaurant.

Visited this restaurant this evening and had no idea what to expect. Was a little dubious as I went down a small elevator to the basement too. Was very pleasantly surprised. Wide menu of Japanese dishes and a good sushi selection all for very reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and menus are also available in English! My meal was excellent... More

What matter is food (especially on Japaneese restaurant) and that is very good here, wide variations and also pretty fast. What takes one star out is how it looks like. Old, used and it is obvious no one spend here money for long time. Ss I said, what matter is food and that is excelent, including personnel. Thank you.

Surprisingly pleased to spend time in this superbly authentic Japanese restaurant in a Communist-era landmark hotel. But the price is premium but the food is good but ordinary.

I must admit I have tried many Japanese restaurants in Europe and this one I consider to be among the best in the region. I have been coming here for long time and always love to return when I´m in the area. It is to me a 100% Japanese food experience. I have tasted all kinds of meals served here... More

The staff was friendly and terrific and the food was delicious. Truly wonderful fish, soup, and sushi. No creative rolls, just simple, high-quality sashimi, nigiri, and basic rolls. The atmosphere is a tad dismal. It's in the basement, no windows, and cigarette smoke. Prices are quite high compared to other area sushi restaurants.

Thank Elisabeth F
