I brought my wife here for a Valentine’s Day trip using the restaurant in the hotel as we landed quite late and didn’t want to have to look for food. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely and very 5*. We were offered a glass...of champagne on entering which we thought would have been complimentary, however turns out it wasn’t. We went for a basic option of soup, a quite cheap main and a desert to share. We asked for a recommendation of wine and obviously this was also incredibly expensive, although treated and talked as if it was a budget option. After reading about how waiters often try to add things onto the bill, we turned away the bread and appetisers offered “on complementary” just Incase. The waiter clearly didn’t like us as the service offered to the table opposite was nothing like our standard and we thought this may have offended him. Our final bill came to 4500chz which they very quickly jumped to say it did not include service tip, with the two glasses champagne costing 1100chz and the bottle of wine 1450chz. For those of you that are English that’s 84 quid for a few drinks, in a city where it’s supposed to be cheap. We’ve been all over the world, including America and this is the most expensive place we’ve been (and we ate in the Eiffel towel of vegas) Over half the meal. We paid 5000chz to include a tip but would advice that you do not go here unless you want to splurge because whilst the service can be great, the atmosphere lovely it is in no way good value and incredibly incredibly overpriced. Would not recommend.More

I arrived late to the hotel and after 10 hours of trip I didn’t want to go outside for dinner, then i decided to go to my hotel restaurant. The waiter come to me and recommended me a few out of the menu options, but...he was not telling me the prices. His recommendation was fantastic to be honest but it cost me 100€. I think that they should put those recommendations into the menu, so you can decide if the price is ok for you or not. The other points are ok, the place is nice, but again the service could be better.More

Unfortunately we were disappointed both with the food (taste of the main course was pretty plain) and the service. The waiter seemed out of place in such a fancy restaurant - didn't know how to talk to the guests. My dessert was brought a long...time after my coffee so I couldn't enjoy both at once.More

Hello, Disappointing treatment. We wanted to go for the Christmas dinner this 24th of Dec. We had everything booked and price was agreed by email by the reservation manager. One week before the date they said that the price would be 2,500CZK instead of the...1,500CZK agreed... It doesn't seem reasonable increasing the price almost to double. I complained, claiming that they should keep the original price for us. They didn't, only offering a glass of prosecco as compensation... They ruined our plan and now we'll have to find somewhere else with this super short time frame.More

The restaurant was nearly empty, we were the 2nd party at the restaurant when we arrived, and soon to be alone. The served bread was a bit dry and it was some twist to it, served with popcorn and bread sticks, the back of my...mind impression of this was not high class, but don't let this fool you. We had two different dishes, fish and risotto and the presentation and taste was really fitting to the expectations from a great kitchen. The recomended wine was a gem, wonderfull. Unfortuntly, the waiter was to intense to our taste, we were given too many unnecessary interruptions throughout the whole dinner asking our opinion about every detail possible. I’m sure it was with the most well meant intentions, but for us it was too much. Value for money, too expensive given the experience. We had only a few nights to expreience Praha and the other night we visited Kampa Park which I found even a better food experience and at slightly more afordable pricing.More

First class facilities and amazing presentation of haute cuisine italienne. A memorable meal with a practical and excellent waitress. A male waiter with obviously excellent wine and food knowledge made this less than perfect only because he was so enthusiastic about options (truffles on the...night in question). He is forgiven for his enthusiasm but perfection would be to listen when a lack of interest in truffles is expressed. Also noted a creative and child pleasing dish at the next table. Likely dry ice was used for special cloud effects. Amazing!More

Nice design, very good food; I appreciate the very original tiramisu. Some contemporary art is also displayed at the entrance.
