Food was good. We ordered Karahi, mutton ribs, chicken in skewer and naan. All the food served was hot and fresh. Decor was nice and simple.

We went down stairs to this restaurant, which was quite small and plain, but very welcoming, and there was families and children there. We visited about 8pm on a friday. Good choice of food, never had Afgan food before, to me it was very like Turkish and Greek, kebabs and rice and salad. Very nicely cooked, and good service. Very... More

Well, this is not the best managed restaurant in the world but no one is actually expecting that :). We called there, tried to make a reservation but noone spoke Czech or at least English at that time when we called. But somehow we managed that. The interior is not very fancy and in perfect share and condition, but no... More

A while back, He-non-blond was taken here for a meal during a work trip. It only seemed fair that She-non-blond should be dragged (kicking, screaming or otherwise) along at the first available opportunity. As the name suggests Kabul is an Afghan eatery. For those less familiar, think of a sort of Persian meets Indian or Pakistani hybrid. This is not... More

Good food in a great atmosphere, in a basement not far from the National Theatre. Had balkan style Shopska salad and tandoori kebab murgh, yet forgot that it does not always come with sauce. The waiter was very helpful, though, and I had everything I needed. Tables for both groups and solo/couple guests.

We visited Kabul on our first night in Prague. We visited mainly because it was close to our hotel, but it turned out to be an excellent choice. The staff were very helpful, spoke good English and were very accommodating with our young son. The food itself was excellent - we ordered a variety of vegetarian dishes which were all... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
