After a long day doing soccer this restaurant just across the street from Mustek station. Good food at reasonable prices. Menus in various languages. Open kitchen so you can see everything being prepared. Will visit again when in Prague

We had a nice meal in this restuarant, the theme is an executioner one of the waiters is dressed up with a sword or an enormous axe. The food and beer was good but compared to other places a bit expensive, the beer was more than double the price of nearby places

Very nice place with a nice athmosphere. Executioner axes, wooden tables, and food is nice. Beer is alright, maybe it was not so special to me because in my home town everyday taste is pilsner. I had pork knee and other day pork medallions. I would recommend pork knee or duck. Schnitzel and medallions was nice bit not special. I... More

We enjoyed our visit to Mustek Restaurant and it is a solid bet for a good experience. The food seems authentic, tasty and filling and the ambiance busy and friendly - nicely enhanced by a jazz quartet close to our table.

Stumbled into this place - what a great surprise! Delicious traditional Czech food. Perfect for a cold evening! The soup served in a hollowed-out bread loaf was special. I'm a real foodie and this place was a winter heaven.

What a great little restaurant! Serving some authentic Czech recipes and drinks in a friendly and relaxed environment. I can personally recommend the Beef Goulash with dumplings!

The restaurant has a rich menu with many local dishes. We ordered lemon chicken, rabbit, and trout fish and all were perfect. The service was good and attentive

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
