We tried to go to this restaurant but were turned away because there were so many ppl...on a Monday night...when it was 20 degrees out! Definitely make reservations if you want a chance at trying these beers!

Short story: reception was unbelievably rude and unwelcoming (though waiter Honza was great), food was delicious, best traditional dishes we had in Prague. We had goulash and beef with bread dumplings. Long story: My boyfriend and myself booked a table at 9.30 at this restaurant. Once we arrived we kind of waited at the doorway to be greeted but since... More

What can you say about a restaurant that serves six excellent beers brewed on site and a selection of great tasty food. The staff are brilliant, very friendly and love to explain the character of each brew. Even on a busy Sunday at the start of the Christmas markets it was easy to get a table and the service was... My friend and I stopped in here based on a recommendation from our food tour guide. We weren't starving so we opted for a bunch of appetizers. They have a section of the menu that is strictly for beer accompaniments. ;-) So we tried a couple of their specialty beers (the semi-bock was my absolute favorite) and the sausages and... More

If you are looking for a picture asked tavern like environment, this restaurant is the place for you. Very friendly service reasonable prices and wonderful beer. Definitely try the Vienna red beer. We are not even serious beer drinkers but this was truly wonderful.

We had a business dinner in this restaurant. Starting of course with Lager and then US ale. Having some great ham/salami + cheese plates for the beginning. Then I had a great Potato soup with mushrooms and a tasty burger. Portions were big which is typical for Czech cuisine :) Especially i would like to point out the great service... More

Rainy evening so dropped in for a pint. They have their own brand and the red ale was very tasty. Not the cheapest but nice and soccer on tv.

We ate two lunches here after our hotel recommended it. Six different types of beer are brewed and the ones we tried were good to very good. The food was excellent - the soups in particular were absolutely wonderful but every dish was delicious. We would have eaten dinner there but they were full. We found the service to be... More

Good place but not so friendly staff and atmosphere, we expected a little bit more. Nice beer and average food. The place smelled funny.

The brewery and restaurant U Tri ruzi in Prague is situated in the historical center on Husova street close to the famous Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Right after your entering the feeling of the unique atmosphere of an Old-Prague brewery will overcome you. The feeling is intensified by wall-paintings by artists Jiri Bernard and Pavel Jakl who drew and painted pictures about the history of brewing in the Czech lands as the rich history of the house (the brewery U Tri ruzi).
