We decided to try this place as our last meal after reading other reviews. We had been on a beer tasting session in the afternoon and discovered this place served wheat beer which was a positive for us. Food was great I had the pork knee which was recommended and it was huge two people could easily share the meal... More

The beer was exceptional and my wife, who doesn't normally like beer, even liked it. My wife and I shared a pork knuckle and it was delicious. Prices were reasonable, sercive was good and it... U Tri Ruzi restaurant and brewery is directly across from the hotel where we stayed in Prague. We ate there on several occasions, once downstairs at a table near the bar and the other time upstairs. The proprietors and staff were friendly and helpful in recommending food and wine. We tried traditional dishes, which were not as heavy as typical... More

This brewery has the best beer in a city that prides itself on beer. Make sure to get there right before lunch or after, and the same for dinner. When the tables are full, there is no standing at the bar for beers or food and people are turned away. That being said, the beer and service are both excellent.

If you like cosy places with candles or fireplace or just romantic, then you need to go somewhere else! This is the place for wine and beer drinking! It has 3 floors and you need to scan all of them to find the vacant table. Some tables are on the way and have direct light on what makes you feel... More

This place offers 3 floors of a beer hall looking interior, with English-speaking staff and excellent beer brewed at the very place (in the basement). You can visit it while waiting for really good food, full of local taste. Czech food may seem a little heavy for some, but this place offers also some of their best classics in more... More

The brewery and restaurant U Tri ruzi in Prague is situated in the historical center on Husova street close to the famous Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Right after your entering the feeling of the unique atmosphere of an Old-Prague brewery will overcome you. The feeling is intensified by wall-paintings by artists Jiri Bernard and Pavel Jakl who drew and painted pictures about the history of brewing in the Czech lands as the rich history of the house (the brewery U Tri ruzi).

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
