If you walk down Wenceslas Square, there is a big cross street for vehicles and trams. On the left is one name, and on the right is Vodickova. Not far from this corner is Mysak Cafe. There is a nice inviting window display and inside a beautifully laid out refrigerated dessert counter. There is a big round table and a... More

We visited the cafe on the recommendation of a Czech colleague and it didn't disappoint! Quiches and cake, beautifully made and excellent value. The interior of the cafe is also lovely. Stop by if you're in Prague!

I have been there twice during my last trip to Prague and have enjoyed it. The cakes are very tasty. I also like the interior design.

Willing staff, delicious desserts, good location and interesting interior. Try an Aztec cake if you like extra chocolate desserts.

Although you would not be attracted by the outside of this store, you really must visit this place if you want to have a great dessert & delicious coffee...We paid only 306 Czech Krones, for 1 coffee Latte Machiato, 1 Mint Tea, 1 huge Tiramisu and 1 Schwarzwald cake. Nice interior and young&friendly staff.

This is a nice, clean, and good-looking place to have a break with some coffee/tea and a cake. The selection is wide, good quality, and good service. The upper level has a lot more room to be seated than below at street level.

We bought cakes for corporate party here before and were always satisfied. A week ago I decided to order a cake for the Birthday party and paid somewhere around 900 CZK. The service was brilliant but not the cake unfortunately. It was really super mega dry and the cream was made of pure butter and was quite heavy. REAL disappointment... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
