Hi, Just ate here. Just outside of old town area. Very happening place. Nice atmosphere and the waiters were wonderful. They have daily changing menus. But still a lot of choice. I think it's too ambitious, sadly I was right. Unlike previous comment, they have a lot of vegetarian options. Maybe 40/50 % of menu. Sadly the menu is only... More

We came into this Bistro on Sunday before lunch. I had a nice cappuccino which is TOP 2 in my rank. Wanted to have a late breakfast, but after seeing the place and realizing how and what they cook, we waited till lunch was served. The food was delicious, very nicely served. Every minute waiting for the food is worth... More

Franz is a very good restaurant. People are very kind and can speak english. Atmosphere is soft and somehow worm and their cuisine is a good balance between czech and fusion. I really do recommend it.

We chose this place with friend just to eat. But, the soup was tasty, as it should be. And cheesecake is light and tasty too. Also, the nice design and soft music makes this place cozy and a place, where I would like to come back again

I really enjoyed my omlet with sun-dried tomatos and parmezan. It was delicious. Service is also very good.

Small bistro located on noisy strees close to the city centre. There are some tables inside, most of them for two persons only. The interior is curt and as noisy as the strees is. Meal is tasty, daily menus are served quickly. Stuff is friendly. The prices are quite high for bistro. Lunch costs from 4 to 6 euros.

This place looks very simple but it's worth a visit. It is very quiet and cozy. We liked our breakfast (eggs, bread, pancakes). I liked their fresh ginger tea very much. We ate at Franz twice during our stay in Brno. The prices are pretty cheap (see uploaded bill). Much recommended.
