We read the menu outside, which looked appetising and reasonably priced. We chose to eat inside as it was cold. It was very formal inside and not particularly friendly. The service was ok, as was the food (only ok - some dishes good and some...More

Nice location, terrible service, average food. Also expensive. It would be very easy to do better. Also avoid ordering wine due to the poor selection and service.

You can admire the pictures of all the world famous politicians and kings that have dined here. I think the restaurant is more famous than the neighbours to the right, but when it comes to food and service it's a tough competition. Here you also...More

Thank you for your review. Yes, there is a big wall of famous people visiting our restaurant. Please, have in mind, that polish kitchen is not only about pierogi (although it is a must try!) but also about venision meat. We recommend it a lot...More

I asked an advice to a local for tipical polish kitchen and they sent me here. Restaurant very central and atmosphere is charming. We had different dishes and everything was delicious. Good choice of beers and service quite quick even if the waiter was a...More

Food is great and the staff honnest and helpful. Prices on the higher side for the town but level with other eateries around the Market Square. Safe bet for delicious diner.

Beautiful setting, as described by other reviews it seems to be in the dining rooms of a medieval palace. Try the zurek (served as often happens in Poland directly in a bowl of bread) and the bigos. Very low prices compared to other nearby restaurants....More

We went with a group of 60+ people. The service was very bad with some people served more than 5 minutes after the others. As for the quality of the food, it was very poor.

We wanted a polish meal and had the dumplings and pork loin. Gorgeous food including the cabbage & gravy. Although point to remember - take a small taste of the condiments and don't pile it on a piece of bread, if in case, like me,...More

I visited here for my Sunday lunch. It has a lovely old traditional style and is very inexpensive when compared to such a restaurant in England. Waiters dressed immaculately, good, wide-ranging menu with menu traditional Polish dishes. If you wish to sit in the front...More
