The place is a hotel restaurant at Radisson Blu, open for lunch and dinner. Decorated in art deco style , describes itself as ' brasserie latino' When we visited Saturday evening , it was rather empty. Menu offers besides the usual standard beef etc. som local dishes. Portions are rich and some of the a bit heavy and chaotic ,... More

Attached to the Radisson, the restaurant bar is welcoming, friendly staff that operates fast. The menu has a combination of international dishes and Polish dishes (if you want to try). Food came fast and was good, Can recommend.

food was good, but much too expensive compared to warsaw eateries - service excellent, but in all honesty only reason we choose it because we stayed at the hotel and were too tired first night in to look around.

On purpose I ordered something easy so it would be fast, and hopefully good. But if a kitchen in such a fancy restaurant, located in a fancy hotel, can't manage to do a Pasta Carbonara without burning the bacon and undercooking the pasta, then it's below standards for me. They had also added a large amount of what looked like... More

The food was very tasty and served at a high level. All the dishes were prepared with care and beautifully presented. Very friendly service, we were advised an excellent wine. I would recommend this restaurant and would be happy to come back on the next visit to Warsaw.

Ferdy’s is a typical large 4 star hotel restaurant. When it is minus 16 degrees outside, or its pouring with rain, or after a hard tiring day when you can’t be bothered to go outside the hotel for dinner, then Ferdy’s is perfectly adequate. I have eaten here when all of the above have applied when recently staying at the... More

We enjoyed our dinner in Ferdys. Though the dishes were very standard, they were well prepared and delicious. Chicken was juicy, side salad was fresh and French fries were crispy and tasty. The prices in the restaurant are higher than the ones with similar kitchen in Warsaw.

Description
Excellent Polish and international cuisine served in unique interior. Restaurant's name is inspired by "Ferdydurke", a novel which had been banned in Poland by authoritarian regimes, due to its existential suggestiveness and extravagant narrative. "Ferdydurke" is an absurd-tinged story of an adult who is suddenly transferred into a boyish, school world. "Ferdydurke" is a series of grotesque and surreal sequences with a somnambulistic hint. Prepared by our chefs from ingredients of highest quality, the dishes and drinks constitute the essence of Polish and Latino American cuisine. The interior - the effect of a joint effort of many Polish artists - extracts the essence and tone of "Ferdydurke", both of which are expressed in photos, paintings, original small objects and graphics which may give cause for reflection.
