The service was excellent. We had about a ten minute wait because the establishment was full. Our waitress presented the menus in English as soon as we sat down and catered to us almost personally. Four of us ordered different meals and shared. All were unbelievably great. The atmosphere was very homely and welcoming. The cost was 41 dollars total.

This is one of the pierogi chain restaurant in the city and we probably chose the wrong one. The waitress at the doorway asked us to wait for a table and turned inside without returning while others just walked in by themselves - not impressed! We were then asked to go downstairs which was not too bad. We had the... More

If you are looking for a warm and cosy atmosphere, friendly service and tasty food, this is a great option. We enjoyed the decor and Polish pottery, tableware, costumes and food. The pierogis were delicious - we tried fried Russian pierogis, and also kielbasa with cabbage. Altogether we were satisfied with everything in this restaurant and were happy to find... More

Had a nice meal here in Warsaw and being away from the 'old town' was handy for our hotel. The pierogi were very good and filling and service was pleasant too. For a chain restaurant this place did what we needed, good food, good service and decent prices too.

I was on holiday last week in Warsaw and heading to the old town for lunch in a different restaurant, on passing Zapieceks I was handed a leaflet which enticed me in. I was met by a lovely girl and instantly shown to a table, couldn't decide what pierogi I wanted so was advised one of each. Absolutely a great... More

Really good food with great pierogi and soup to start with followed with a fantastic liver main cooked with apple and onion. Nice accompanying veg dishes too. Waitress spoke excellent english and service was rapid. Two slight complaints werr that diners wete a bit squashed in and the temperature was too warm ( the poor waitresses stood outside to cool... It's a tourist trap. But a good one. The food is good and the value for money is right. The service is the biggest let down of this place. The waitresses are all friendly but only because they were told to appear friendly I guess. A part of the business idea seems to be to secure a high customer turnover...... More

Wanted somewhere for a quick meal, preferably Polish and this fitted the bill perfectly At 5pm on a Saturday the place was virtually full - just one table for two left! Service was pleasant and English was no problem. The waitresses were polite and helpful (and nice to look at too, but don't tell my wife I said that) We... More
